BeTheBank.Tv of Waupaca, WI accepted a Private Loan in the amount

<FullName> voluntarily
submitted his/her information and voluntarily provided the capital
for this Private Loan. BeTheBank.Tv in no way forced this Private
Loan upon <FullName>.
BeTheBank.Tv has agreed
to satisfy this Private Loan via the following payments made to E-Gold
Account Number <E-Gold Number>:

This Private Loan
is Final and cannot be added to or subtracted from.
BeTheBank.Tv is bound
by this contract and shall be held liable for all the aforementioned
payments to <FullName>.
<FullName> has
agreed to our Terms of Agreement shown on our Web-Site at www.bethbank.tv/terms.htm Should
he/she blatantly violate our agreement, BeTheBank.Tv reserves the
right to void this contract and return only the principal amount that
was initially invested.
BeTheBank.Tv is not
liable for any Taxes or duties owed due to the interest earned on
this Private Loan. <FullName> assumes all responsibilities
to the Government of the country in which <FullName> resides.
This Private Loan
and all information pertaining to this Private Loan shall remain exclusive
to BeTheBank.Tv and <FullName>. BeTheBank.Tv shall not
disclose any information pertaining to this Private Loan to anyone,
unless force to via Court Order.
This contract contains
the entire agreement of the aforementioned Private Loan with the respect
to the matter of this contract and there are no other promises or
conditions in any other agreement, whether oral or written.
This contract supersedes any prior written or oral agreements made
between the aforementioned partnership with respect to the subject
matter of this contract.
